    Thank you for excellent communication!! I received all of the items I ordered, although they did not arrive all at one time. The order arrived on 3 different days, weeks apart. Nothing to do with the seller, most likely the shipper. Boxes suffered badly during shipment. The rollers are quite heavy and wore through packaging exposing them. I thought one was lost forever, but it showed up. Seller always responded promptly considering they were in China. I would buy from again.

    SHOULD be NEGATIVE or NEUTRAL...After multiple pictures and measurements over several weeks seller still sent item with different measurements than advertisement. Their response was, it may be different, but it'll still work. Nice people, but a lot of wasted effort.
