  i’m so happy with my purchase! the puzzle arrived as described, basically factory new with the original protective plastic still intact. it was packaged very securely, so nothing got damaged during shipping. while it did take a little while to arrive, that’s totally understandable with everything going on in the u.s. right now, and definitely not the seller’s fault. overall, i’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend this seller. i’ll absolutely be back for more in the future!

  Coming from Japan, it shipped in good condition which didn't affect the packaging. The seller kept the original box even the booklet, figure is great condition just as described. Considering this was manufactured in 2004 with limited production run, the value is comparable for it being a rare franchise such as Claymore.

  Seller was quick to respond, and took the time to make a bundle of their shop items for me! It shipped out incredibly fast, and they gave me the discounted prices they offered when I started watching the items. Everything came very nicely packaged, very very satisfied!!   Fantastic transaction! The shipping was incredibly fast from Japan, and the keychain was perfectly packaged in a bubble mailer, so it arrived in excellent condition. It was exactly as described and pictured even better in person! An amazing value for a great little piece of anime merch. I highly recommend this seller. 感謝申し上げます.

  Shipping was fast and arrived when said. It was very well packaged, honestly believe i could drop it from 3 stories and it would have been safe. It looked just like the description and image showed. I feel like the price for this coaster and the awesome art work was perfect. would gladly recommend this seller to others. 10/10 would recommend.
