  I did not receive my order, as there was a mix up with the labels, but the seller was very quick to refund the total after I contacted them directly with the issue. Very honest, very apologetic—good customer service! I feel confident buying from them again in the future. What did end up coming in the mail came fast and was very well packaged. Estoy completamente satisfecha tanto del envío como del producto (en este caso, los 7 mini-plushies) que han llegado perfectos y tal y como aparecen en la foto del anuncio.   AMAZING quality!! Even if the item got lost in postage for a month or two (not the seller's fault in the slightest, that's just how UK postage be) it was WELL worth the wait!! Very soft, very wearable, and looks AMAZING as described!! Packaging was very good, nothing was falling out of that, 10/10! Communication with the seller has been great, thank you again!!
