Gave tracking # after 3rd business day received 2 days later!!!! on a 30lbs package..Items were packaged with care and LOTS of shipping peanuts & arrived exactly as pictured and appearance was as described....Have not yet had a chance to plug in and test but will amend review reflecting such when completed (currently 4 stars upgrade to 5 when test passes) Would/Will do business with in future

I was able to test and verify that this unit works despite my local USPS mailman DROP TESTING it on my concrete front porch. Thank you so much for the extra wrap or two of bubble wrap that was on the BOTTOM of the unit. Great Value :)

Post office did something wild with the package in shipment (box nearly completely open and box damaged - no fault of the seller) and product arrived thankfully undamaged.
