I asked if possible to ship the sunglasses in a hard generic case instead of a generic pouch and the seller shipped them in a branded case with branded cloth! I’m BEYOND happy with my purchase! Eyeglasses were sent inside an eyeglass case packaged within a sturdy, uncrushable box. Quality and value was also great. Would definitely purchase from again.   Great seller. I ordered some eyeglasses frames and got them quickly. They were quite nice but I'd overlooked that they were a women's model and I'm a man. I didn't see that in the description but it was there the whole time. When I got them I said these look odd. They were the same as in the photos but I couldn't tell from the pix. Anyhow they weren't a good fit for me and I returned them. I was promptly refunded and there was great quality of communication and service. Much appreciated!

  I was especially looking for these old (15y) Diesel frame. Pretty happy to find them as new and as described. Shipping did take a while (US - Europe, around 3 weeks), but item was securely packaged. In the end good value for money.

I contacted the seller because I still wanted to keep the sunglasses although they were used and the seller apologized for the mistake.
