  Hose arrived before the expected delivery date as my original had finally given up the ghost the same day. Price was very reasonable and the hose qualities very good, packaging more than sufficient, arriving undamaged and a condition as expected

  Firstly, the item works as stated, so no problem there. Secondly, the item was stated as being posted the same day with delivery 7-9 days later. That would have been acceptable. In reality it arrived 21 days later, after an eBay update, so I have reduced the star rating for Dispatch Time. I would have thought the seller might have contacted me about this delay but they didn't. Moral of the story: Fess up and be upfront if things are going to be delayed. Keep the customer informed of bad news.

  Very happy with the mask. Excellent value. Item was a little late and I was worried it was lost but I received it yesterday afternoon finally. The seller was very sympathetic and understanding. Thank you for your excellent customer service 😊
