    Great item, arrived in perfect condition. Its arrival was delayed, but not due to the seller (massive storms that affected postal service), and so I was quite worried it would arrive in rough condition (it's fragile), but the teapot had been packed very carefully in a lot of material -- and bonus, the packaging was recycled! I love it, and would happily buy from this seller again.
