  Was excited to get this unique aircraft. Unfortunately, it arrived with both front gear broken off which is a shame because the seller did a VERY good job of packaging it. Got a very quick repsonse from the seller and was offered a partial refund for the damage. I accepted it and will be keeping the aircraft. Will buy from this seller in the future due to the attention to customer service!!

  Item was not new as advertised. Item was open box and open package. Open box was to be expected to verify character. Inner package was opened as well and not in new condition. Characters sword was broken, missing the Playstation disc on the back. Parts broken , parts missing, lied about the listing, buyers beware scandalous seller. Contacted to return and was told oops he sold it for another collector and that why it was missing parts. Request missing parts or refund and was ignored. 😡😡😡

  Overall good experience. Shipping cost could have been less, it didn't cost $20 dollars to ship. Packaging should have been better too. Box had some damage. Figurine was in perfect condition.
