    Item arrived damaged, but the seller was very quick in replying to my emails and was happy for me to return the item for a full refund. As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

    Slightly unusual feedback as the item I ordered, which was quickly dispatched, hasn't arrived well after the last estimated date for delivery. However, I have nothing but praise for the seller, who responded very quickly to my message reporting the non-delivery, and refunded my money without question. As the fault is with the courier (Royal Mail) and not the seller, I have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly buy from him again.

    Game was new and sealed and arrived in excellent condition thanks to careful packing by the seller. Great price and game arrived really quickly after purchase.     Amazing quality, lovely detail and well made. Fantastic seller, extremely well packaged arrived in excellent condition exactly as described and delivered quickly. Great communication, answered a question about postage very promptly, can’t fault this seller, would highly recommend and I will definitely be using again.

    arrived within the delivery time frame however had i realised that that time frame was weeks i would've chose a different seller the dispatch time was putting it mildly "woeful" communication was one rude message basically saying I'm going to have to wait they had no intention of dispatching within a reasonable time for a UK company too poor poor poor service
