  Visor was as described. Brand New in original packaging . Good Value , but shipping was more than the visor . Came in a oversized box for best quality . The appearance was brand new .

  When I received the helmet the visor was damaged. I contacted the seller and they requested that Bell send a replacement visor. I received the visor within a week even though it was during the Christmas holiday. I highly recommend this seller for their excellent customer service and competitive pricing.
