About a month to a month and a half later, they were still able to track it down. I was very impressed with them. I love buying from this company.

  Let me start out by saying this is my Favorite Seller!!!Item got damaged during shipping! Told seller and they were sooo quick to respond and find a resolution that I was happy with. I've bought over a hundred pieces from this seller and this was the first time anything has ever happened. The ring was still gorgeous, and the seller has a huge selection of wonderful items. Beautiful pendant with the main stone made of Chiastolite, a natural stone that when cut exhibits a cross design. As described, the piece is new & highly polished, heart shaped, framed in sterling silver & set with a small Peridot faceted stone accent. Quality workmanship all around. Beautiful piece.   There was an issue with the color. Wasn’t as I was anticipating. Seller accepted return and promptly refunded. I’ve purchased many things from this seller over the years, and gems and minerals in particular are difficult to photograph and get exact color. I’m grateful that the seller gets this and is always willing to accept a return. I’ll continue to buy from them in the future. Shipping is fast, and items are well packaged. Many thanks again.
