  Seller was notified that my parcel had been lost - their communication with me re: this and organising a refund was excellent. Very fast responses, refund was processed quickly, communication was very polite and apologetic.

  eBay Neutral Feedback The item was advertised with free international shipping, but the seller requested I cancel the order, stating they could not ship to my location. It took 14 days to receive the refund. The only reason I am not leaving negative feedback is that the seller's communication was adequate.

  They sent wrong screen took me weeks of sending msgs til they finaly agreed with me n then got me to pay for the postage to send back the product!!!, theyve still not sent the reimbursement for postage n it's been 3 months now!! But after the 100s of msgs I left just to get a refund was that stressful ive given up on the postage refund! Terrible will never buy from this seller ever again!!!!
