  I received the zip drive as doa (dead on arrival), at first i thought i was going to get scammed because in the past, i ordered a computer part from a seller on Craigslist which also didn't work, but there was no way of contacting that seller after receiving the product. Thanks to ebay and xcloud2003, I have trust in purchasing from ebay's sellers even though their product arrives to me as doa (they made the refund process smooth), thanks ebay and xcloud2003!
