  While the item is in perfect condition, the description of the item as an open box item requires that all components that are enclosed in the original packaging be included in the sale. The item shipped was missing its mounting screws, installation manual and drywall anchors. Thankfully I found the installation instructions on the Internet and supplied the missing installation components myself. The seller didn't note those missing components in their ad.
