  The riser card arrived today, and was exactly as described and well packed. Unfortunately, I failed to do my homework before ordering and purchased a RSC-R1U-E16R rather than a similar named RCS-RR1U-E16, so I am unable to use the riser card at the moment. Because this error was mine and not the sellers, I will not be asking for a refund as that would not be fair to the seller who clearly identified the part. I'll hang on to this and will probably using it elsewhere soon.
