  Packaged arrived on time and well packed. I bought this for a school camping trip and only used once before the zip snapped on the main compartment and the drawstring and toggle also broke. I emailed the seller who offered a partial refund at first but when I stated that the bag could not be used correctly they offered a full refund and were very apologetic. Great customer service with prompt responses from the seller.

  Arrived promptly in good condition, it was very well packed. Very good quality Biago back-pack, it was exactly as described and definitely good value for money. Appearance was as shown in the listing photos and description, which was sa pot-on back,pack. Recommend seller for back to school bags ect....
