  Amazing seller. Lovely items. As described Quality is excellent. Initially, the seller tried to post my order in a box but it was too big and heavy so seller had improvised to keep the items inside the parcel safe from any damage. Seller kept me up to date as well. Great condition and quality is great. Packed with care. Great communication and swift delivery. Items looked lovely and was given a good deal. I highly recommend this seller.

  Was well packaged item exactly as described works perfectly in great condition. It did take a wee while before it was posted after the original purchase date with a tracking no however the seller did let me know when it was posted and didn't take too long to arrive after that. Would of appreciated the heads uo earlier after the purchase date to be told but still I would recommend this seller arrived exactly as described in good condition and did arrive within the estimated delivery date.

  Flowers as described! Did not open the bracelet, as it will be a gift. Fairly slow to ship. I had to message the seller, then a tracking number appeared, without communication. Packaging was decent, but hoped for better, with an item in this price range. Shipped in a thin poly bag, so some flower flakes were inside the display window. A box with bubble wrap would have been ideal. Positive feedback for being thankful it arrived. Thank you.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this seller absolutely deserves recognition. I ordered an overseas item and despite the challenges with international shipping, this seller went above and beyond to ensure it arrived safely and on time. They were proactive in communication, provided tracking updates without being asked, and followed up accordingly. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their service. Highly recommended! I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

  item is as described and was at a great value! postage was fast considering the distance of travel and was packaged safely. Thank you! Material of the Plush i purchased was a very nice and soft and of very high quality. The seller was also very commutative and cooperative with the purchase which was a great experience.

  The item arrived a bit later than expected, but ultimately arrived without issue. I was surprised to see it was sent without being wrapped in anything other than the plastic envelope it was shipped in, but ultimately it arrived as described and I am satisfied. I would consider purchasing from this seller again.
