The seller was very informative and helpful regarding the shipping issue. Not sure why the shipping costs were more than what the site charged. My account stated where I was, so it should have charged me the correct amount. This needs to be addressed. But on a positive note. I received the item very quickly despite the issues. Thank you for addressing those issues and communicating them with me. I very much appreciate it.
