    I received the product in new condition as stated. The quality of this Chevron Circle die set was the best value out of l the shops. The seller took her time to package the die set with care and lastly I was satisfied with the appearance and shipping as the sell listed.

    Do not order from this seller. I ordered a die paid the shipping seller had in the listing. The die was perfect fast shipping. Problem it came postage due another $4.25. I contacted seller for a refund for the extra postage. Seller asked for a picture sent a picture of envelope with sticker with price of extra postage. Seller will not give me a refund because I didn't send picture of cardboard that die was in between which I threw away because I'm keeping die. Seller won't give me a refund
