    Unit was delivered very promptly and when looked at was as new very well packed , unfortunately when I checked I’d ordered the wrong part, when I told the seller it was no problem he even gave ma advice on what I needed and where to look, nothing is too much trouble for him and an absolute gentleman to deal with , will definitely be buying from him again

    Ordered Sun, arrived Tue am! The seller added a note with phone details, to say if it still didn’t work, it was the receiver. He explained by text message what to do. I didn’t know it ran on batteries 🤣. All working perfectly. I can’t recommend this seller enough for taking the time to assist me. Kind people who aren’t out to fleece you, are in short supply. THANK YOU. A very happy customer.

    Brilliant customer service. I ordered a Mertik Maxitrol Remote Control. It came with 2 days with full instructions on how to pair with my Receiver. After 3 attempts, I call the seller and he was extremely helpful. During the conversation we went through all the options and decided that the problem could be my Receiver and not the new Remote. To solve the problem we agreed that I would buy a new receiver and remote, and return other remote. Thank you. I look forward to getting the new order.
