  Item was as described/shown, new in box, packaged carefully with tags on and care instructions included. As I was taking a risk on the color and style, I was reassured to know returns would be handled by the seller - but no need! Although the color is slightly darker and I haven't worn bangs in ages, I love it! It is my new favorite wig (I have alopecia). I've already worn it several times; it's very comfortable and I have received nothing but complements. Very satisfied buyer!
