  Look at the seller's picture, what color do you see? I see a beautiful shiny BLUE, which is the sole reason I purchased this item from this seller. The Nandi arrived very well-wrapped but my heart sank when I saw it as it was not the one pictured. I contacted the seller who said it was not blue in the picture, rather it was black as stated in the details section. And indeed what I received was a very dull black, nothing close to what was pictured. Offered no help whatsoever.

  The item received was not the same.as in photo. 6 figures appear in photo only 5 figures were in the piece that arrived. There was less detail in the face. It was disappointing. The seller accepted the return bit wanted me to pay for.the postage and I'm not sure I was repaied for that. They also tried to.say there was some difficulty in it being returned. I couldn't understand what the problem was and the tracking said it was delivered. I got the refund. Return shipping was on me. I guess.

  We dispatched the statue as per order but customer does not like the face quality but it was exectly same as offer's image but we were ready to accept free return while return charges is paid by customer as per return policy. We bought space in Godown and provided the godown's label and asked to paste the label but it was not pasted. In result of this, the item is delivered but lost cause godown's label is not pasted. Inspite of this, we have refunded full amount and bear total loss.
