I am not able to return item even after item is listed "they accept returns". I trusted this to be the case when I purchased it and I contacted seller several times stating it wasn't allowing me to "start a return" Not able to get help from ebay. Not getting help from seller! The seller said they contacted ebay but I have heard back from neither. First time this has happened to me on ebay. Very disappointed and upset that I am out $100!!!

This feedback is solely due to the buyer not contacting eBay due to a techincal issue she was having to request a return. I don't have the ability to assist with a technical issue and assured the buyer that eBay would help her and that I would gladly accept the return. She never completed the process, only chose to leave negative feedback instead of reaching out to eBay who are the only people able to assist her with this issue.
