  The figurines arrived well packaged (bubble wrap envelope with additional protection inside). With my original order, there was somme paint chipped off of some of the figurines. The seller contacted me and offered to replace them, which I appreciated and am expecting to receive soon. The seller was highly communicative and eager to make things right. As result, I would gladly order from them again.

  When the package appeared to be lost in the mail by no fault of their own, I contacted whimsical stuff about when it’s coming. Without hesitation they offered to send out a new item. No questions asked. Super nice very friendly. Great customer service.

  Arrived on time, as described, well-packaged. This little Mickey is really cute and he is showing some style in his walk. Gotta love him! Seller sent a very nice message assuring me that he will make my experience great, if I find anything unsatisfactory!
