The case and front of the DVD were as pictured and it was advertised as Used Very Good, however, the play side of the DVD (was not pictured) was scratched beyond belief; I did play it to see if it would work, and it played a good bit into the program before finally hanging up. Seller promptly approved full refund and provided return label. Refund was promptly issued after item delivered back to seller.
