    I purchased this alabaster trinket box. The seller contacted me to let me know that there were some problems with the box so we agreed to cancel the sale. The seller made everything easy to get my money back. I really appreciated the extra effort the seller made to go over the condition of the box and then give me the opportunity to change my mind. The item was never shipped and I didn't have to make the effort to return something that did not meet my expectations. I recommend this seller.

    My vase arrived today and I was so pleased! It arrived quickly, it was packed with the utmost of care!!It was exactly as described. I am excited to put this with myother Fenton piece.
