  Seller got confused by the premise of wanting different hose colors on front and rear. Rather than waiting for a response they made the product and sent it out immediately. Incorrect items arrived, I raised this issue and they told me to submit a return. I submitted a return and now they are getting snippy in messages & changing the terms to fit their needs Great products. Poor communication. Poor customer service. More concerned with not getting marked as delayed than good customer service

  Customer doesn't understand how ebay works for business and the effect their poor communication has on us. We can only wait a certain amount of time for poor customer communication before we simply MUST ship an item. We explained this to the customer and offered them a refund, but some seem to enjoy messing with business reputation even when the error is theirs.

  Good item at a good price Ordered 3 brake lines but only 2 front arrived contacted wezmoto on the 9th and issue was resolved within minutes and rear brake line dispatched 1st class arrived on the 11th so no harm done would recommend this seller will deal with again good ebayer A1 :)

  The picture for each item is the same so I did think all three cables were there but the description does explain . So I had to order the rear brake line as well . But communication is fast and good . Items come fast . Packaged well with the free stickers . Good product at a decent price . I will use this company again
