    The package was received in a reasonable amount of time. The packaging was a little iffy. The package was just wrapped in shipping paper and the tape was actually wrapped around the box on the inside of the wrapping. Because I wanted the same vacuum that I already have, and it looks like the model was discontinued, I bought this online at ebay. This seller did sell it at a reasonable price. It said it was new and it does look like it is new so it is as described. I'm currently charging it.

    This item is as described and was packaged well. The shipping was fast as well. It is basically in brand new condition with all the factory cables and 3 extra batteries but at a used price. We are very happy with the purchase!
