  Shipping was fast. Packaging was excellent and product as described. Worked with the app to change colors upon testing for up coming concert. Value is a little high but worth it knowing it was coming before the concert. I would buy again from this seller. They answered my questions when asked within 24hrs.

  The products passed inspection and was very well packed. And it was delivered as I requested before April 8th. However I had messaged the seller before I bought asking if he could make the delivery on April 7th before my flight...he should have replied and at least say "I WILL TRY". I waited & waited...no response. Anyways all ended well

  The cup was sealed in the original plastic so the seller couldn’t see that there were 3 dents in it. The day it was delivered, I asked for a return and sent pictures. I got a prompt response from the seller apologizing that he didn’t see the dents and that he would refund it immediately, which he did. He even told me to keep the cup. Very happy with the service that the seller provided.

  It has been a great experience in dealing with such a professional seller. The item is exactly as described. Shipping is fast. It is a very smooth transaction. However, the story doesn't stop there. It turns out that the item has a manufacturing defect which can only be noticed while using the dash cam. Even though it is a manufacturing issue, the seller goes out his way in providing me with a full refund. I am impressed. I wish all sellers are like him, professional, considerate and courteous.
