  My item was as described. My only issue was with the packaging. It was shipped in the original box secured with only one strip of tape and a couple of air pillows. It could have been more secure. See picture. Otherwise, I was happy and would buy from the seller again.

  The service and addressing my issue was EXCELLENT. The product was defective. It arrived with toner leaked in the box and was a mess. My complaint was addressed immediately and a refund was issued. I would order here again realizing that issues happen.

  This high quality toner cartridge was offered at a very competitive price, was packaged well, and arrived at my office in excellent condition ahead of the promised delivery date. I never post a review until I've had a chance to use whatever I order, so I am pleased to report that when I used it for a big mailing job two days ago, it performed perfectly and I am VERY happy with my purchase and the seller.
