  Didn’t pull a full vacuum, arriving with a missing handle but the seller … eventually refunded towards a replacement. There was a lot of weirdness about muddying the waters of who was responsible for this pump shipping without ha handle that was obviously broken off, but the seller kept blaming the shipping department. This seems like a big company rather than a 1-2 person operation and some difficulty comes with that. They made it right but it took effort on my part over several weeks.

  Excellent seller communication -- original item was misplaced in a warehouse move, but the seller reached out to me and offered a substitute/comparable item acceptable to me at the same price. This substitute item arrived on time, extremely well packed, as described and although originally listed as a nonworking/parts-only item, was in fact, in partial working order, with the working part the one I most needed, anyway. I would definitely consider purchasing items from this seller again.

  The good seller communicated well, shipped the unit well-packaged, and arrived as described. This is a great price for a unit that isn't used often, but when you need one, it's about the only game in town.

  well packed and labeled 'fragile' all over however shipper was able to turn a square into a ball. Item survived non the less.
