  The first item ordered was sent to the wrong address and after contacting them Fhae offered me a $20 discount on any item in their store. Fhae honored the discount so I consider their customer service at the top of eBay sellers. Great communication and their store has a HUGE selection. Thanks to Fhae and the entire team.

  The item I received was not the item I was expecting. The seller was very responsive to questions, excellent to work with and we came to a resolution quickly.   Item delivered was not the same item as ordered. Seller sold me one pencil liner and not the trio as described. When I reached out to the seller, they denied sending me the wrong item. I have all 5 star reviews as a buyer and they have negative reviews as a seller. Do not buy from this seller.
