Everything was exactly as described and well printed. The seller packaging was good unfortunately one of the pieces did suffer a break in two spots but it’s nothing a little glue and the green stuff can’t fix. The time to delivery was longer then I’d have liked but I’m chalking that up to the Canadian postal service. Will 100% buy from them again.

Appearance nice and detailed enough - execution time - good - shipping - good. Any shipping nuances can be taken care of (had an order during post strike and it didn't affect delivery time at all). Packed safe ⛨ Any questions were quickly answered and any requests considered If any misprints or parts troubles (tiny cracks or wrong sizing) - support was great and reasonable

Assuming USPS/Customs opened package prior to final delivery. Box was in excessively poor condition. USPS put note in box stating they damaged it but did not offer recourse. While I can't fault the seller for what happened to the package; I would order from them again but insist upon a different shipping method.
