I don’t know if there are rules about how to handle situations when USPS loses your stuff but a huge thank you to the seller for going above and beyond to make sure we got what we ordered! When i asked if they had certain pins and they didnt they asked me if i wanted them to check the park shops for the pins before i placed my order, they messaged me WHILE at the park to show me mystery boxes and pin bags etc incase i wanted them! They even got me spare pin backs AND added extras to my order. They are my go to for all things pins from now on
