The seller was very prompt when I placed my order about asking for custom size if required, and the pieces were tailored to me specifically. They warned me that as it is custom there is no refund policy, which is completely understandable. It arrived within specified shipping times, and they threw in a free cummerbund to boot! Excellent product, will be buying more from them if needing a replacement or another outfit. (Armor not included, I made that)

Amazing quality and detail! I bought it for my daughter for her birthday and she was thrilled that it was just like the one Lana Del Rey has. It's a little bigger than I was expecting so I'm exchanging it for a small, but overall I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Initial delivery window was February 29th to March 4th. I needed it badly for February 29th/March 1st, and it was delivered on March 1st. I had even reached out to the vendor explaining the situation and they replied to me saying they would try their best to send it out fast. Great experience on that end! The jacket itself is of great quality, really no complaints. True to size and looks good. Cheers!
