  Excellent product & price, item arrived just as described. Decent communication & great sale overall! Some points off, however, for: (a) not shipping for a week (-3 pts); (b) not giving a tracking number when asked -- USPS gave me one a few days later (-3 pts); and (c) no shipping protection -- item was sliding around in an oversize box with no packing paper or bubble wrap -- luckily, the item wasn't damaged in transit (-4 pts). All's well, so this transaction is an A- (score of 90/100). Thanks!

  Zero. half broken...no effort to correctly pack or lable.. all packages smashed to smithereens. The few that made it were dirty and scratched. Waste of time and money... $500 bucks... should have done something else. Put my team behind delivery schedule.
