  I have made many purchased on eBay and I have never encountered a better seller than Victoria's Warehouse. I bought a metal sign. Unfortunately, USPS bent the sign during delivery. I must note that packaging clearly said, "do not bend"." I immediately reached out to Victoria's and within an hour they simply refunded my money. This vendor truly wants their customers happy!

  Hurray for this seller and their proper packaging! Seems like many sellers are happy to toss stuff in the cheap and easy plastic "shipping" envelope these days, which mostly results in damaged items received on my end. However, my item was properly and protectively packaged inside a cardboard box - thank you!

  They accidentally sent the wrong sign, I let them know and they responded promptly with a apology and a refund, sure loved the sign, but worked out well, I will purchase again.
