  Akira has been so amazing with supporting me in purchasing my Video 8 player. Unfortunately Fedex damaged our initial parcel that sent from Akira which caused alot of headaches and stress but Akira made sure that i was supported and followed up on his end with my replacement. Not only was he regularly contacting me, he was so empathetic and caring. He’s the full package, (excuse the pun) and genuinely cares about the customer. 5 stars all the way!! Higly recommended!
