  I am incredibly pleased with my purchase of this Puget Systems gaming PC. The computer arrived securely packaged and in the exact cosmetic condition described in the listing. What really made this a five-star experience was the seller's outstanding customer service. I discovered that the DVD drive was not working when I first set up the PC. I reached out to the seller, and they responded immediately. Without any hassle, they graciously sent me a replacement drive completely free of charge.

  Shipping was in a timely fashion, Packaging is on the needs to improve side as the top of the box was cracked open and I could see the hard drive, better packing and more tape would have fixed this issue. The hard drive is as described and tested fine and was a fair value. Over all I give this seller 5 stars and I would use sellers services in the future. Thank you

  Shipping*: Shipping was fast. Packaging: Item was packaged well with lots of bubble wrap. As described*: Item has clear signs of use. Value: Item was great value, as although the item was for part/not working, the casing was largely undamaged. *I was mistakenly sent a lot of TINAVWC cradles, but after informing the seller of the mistake, they quickly sent over the correct TINAVWC2 cradles.
