  Game arrived and didn’t work after the intro but the seller made it right and initiated a prompt refund. If there were any other games they had I wanted, I would buy from again no problem. Price was right. Don’t hesitate to buy.

  Great seller! Shipped quickly - arrived 4 days ahead of schedule! Unfortunately, USPS decided to play football with it first (the box had multiple bright red fragile labels), so that kinda sucked. Anyway, Valuevaultnet got me taken care of graciously.

  Seller sent me the wrong item & refused to make it right by sending me the correct standard release that I ordered. I already own a copy of the GOY edition as I showed the seller in the attached picture. The seller kept giving excuses & refused to admit the mistake. Seller doesn't understand that there are 2 versions of the same game that each have their own respective gamerscore of 1000 points. He believes because they have the same achievement list they're the same version. Wrong item was sent

  Buyer in fact received the correct version of the game and what he purchased. He is looking for something specific which was not mentioned to me prior and would have been accommodated for if mentioned earlier. Buyer was extremely rude, and constantly changing the reason for why he wants to return it. After proving the games are 100% the same with various links to back my claim up, the buyer was still unsatisfied. Me providing facts is not the same as me giving excuses. I shipped the correct game

  Item as described. Was shipped after the first date expected. Contacted seller who gave an explanation for the delay. Arrived in USPS padded plastic envelope with no extra padding but the pkg did have a handle with care sticker on it. Item does work.
