At first, I was a little concerned as cartridges arrived in a letterbox size box, not the plastic container shown in picture. This is actually a sensible way to pack them as the plastic container shown in picture can never be delivered without someone being in to receive it. The cartridges were brand new, individually sealed and work perfectly. So all good and I've rated 5*
