The seller was fantastic with messaging me with info I needed regarding the install and once I'd purchased it, he had it delivered the next day. I installed the new mib2 and used their advice around the fitting of the monitor and it works beautifully. Everything worked straight from the first time it powered up, with no issues what so ever. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I know it is refurbished but my first thought when I unpacked it was "it looks brand new". There were a couple of identical Sat Nav's on eBay around the same price, but I chose VAG retrofits based upon their reputation. Now I just have to fit it.
