They told me the order was already packed, and within one or two hours, the item was shipped. The laptop was well packed and matched the description—opened, but new—just as they had told me.     The item was exactly as described and thoughtfully packaged, even though I picked it up in person! The seller was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. I was able to purchase and collect the item the same day, and he even let me test the iPad on the spot to ensure everything was working perfectly. A trustworthy and considerate seller.
