    Great seller. I contacted them to ask for some details about this laptop, and they responded promptly. After some talk, I placed the order and asked if it was possible to ship it the same day. They told me the order was already packed, and within one or two hours, the item was shipped. The laptop was well packed and matched the description—opened, but new—just as they had told me. Very good seller; feel free to contact and trust them.

    The item was exactly as described and thoughtfully packaged, even though I picked it up in person! The seller was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. I was able to purchase and collect the item the same day, and he even let me test the iPad on the spot to ensure everything was working perfectly. A trustworthy and considerate seller.     So this was a very smooth transaction. Not the sellers fault but the tool did not work correctly when received. I contacted the seller and they responded right away and told me to send back. I printed a shipping label off of listed item page and received full refund!! Thanks you! I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Seller!!
