Scott offered an immediate replacement or a partial refund which I agreed to and I asked him to send me the equivalent box in the correct colour and I offered to pay the difference as I told him I required it ASAP for a birthday present for an up and coming young apprentice. The box is superb though it arrived damaged, only the internal mirror, i thought this was stainless steel not real glass? plus someone had been mucking about with it by removing 3 handles & dropping them into the bottom drawer, so though it is a great piece of kit i've decided to return it as what else can go wrong for me with these boxes! Many thanks Scott for ace service recommended seller
