Pliers Set was still enclosed in the original manufacturers plastic wrap around the box the Pliers Set is packed. Set was packed well for shipping. Package arrived quickly. I am happy with my purchase. I received quality American made tool set for a good price. I look forward to buying from this seller in the future.

  Bought this hard to find Snap-On model at a great price. Item arrived appearing in new condition as described and as shown in pics. The item package was still shrink wrapped as new, and packaged well in the shipping box. The buying process was easy. Would definitely consider future purchases from this seller. Thank you!

  Excellent experience buying. Ordered this set and a 3/8 deep set together and received a discounted price which was awesome. Set came brand new sealed in the package. Snap-on mispackaged the shallow set and put a 1/4" 15mm in place of where a 14mm should have been. Contacted the seller and he sent me a return label to swap sockets and just received the correct socket. Seller did not have to do this for me as this was a Snap-on issue but did it anyways. Will defiantly purchase from again!

  A+, Excellent communication & great seller. My tool set WAS new, but not in the tray & wrapped packaging as new, and I was giving this set as a gift. Otherwise it wouldn't have mattered. Seller accepted my return & refunded me with no issues. I would definitely do business with again because of that process! Thank you again!
