    The item was sold to me as new although there were scuffs on the figure that said otherwise. Reached out to the seller and their communication was prompt and precise. They were under the impression that it was new and offered to either partially refund me or they would take a return. We got it all figured out and I appreciated the honest communication. Shipping was fast and the item was packaged safely.
