seller had nice communication from beginning of order, then item arrived and it was a product made by different mfr and had one half the described square footage in my order. Contacted seller and more effort by me than them to refund full amount, with them paying return ship. Prior to asking for full refund (including return ship), noticed product that i ordered was now twice the price for the listing that was accepted. So if i ordered again to correct their mistake, i would be paying 2X amt
