Originally we had a problem with the delivery service at no fault of the shipper whom I contacted to inquire about the delivery to which he replied promptly and he investigated the situation and found out the item was lost in shipment and he notified me that he would ship me another replacement immediately and file the claim with the shipping company himself so consider me a satisfied customer Ray .
