Wasnt the same as picture but I kept it. Picture said 3.5 oz. But I got sent a Travel size. I did send a message. but did not get a response.

I ordered 4 Sango bowls and one of the four was broken. I asked for a replacement and KayBees offered me one half what I had paid. I felt I should at least been paid the full amount for one bowl. I also paid $20 for shipping. And I never heard back about accept or not accepting my offer. so I assume it was not accepted and so I get nothing.

I immediately replied to the request (March 21st) and sent an offer for the cost of the one broken bowl as I do not have another bowl to send. The offer was not accepted or rejected and the message requesting pictures of the box (so I could file a claim with the shipper) was never replied to. Because of this, I have reached out to eBay customer service twice. They also informed me that several messages have been sent requesting a reply to the refund request..still no reply.
