    Upside Trends is an exceptional seller who is 100% honest with authentic integrity. Mistakenly I gave the wrong shipping address. After reaching out via email the seller graciously refunded, resold and reshipped bottled cologne to my updated delivery address. Once received to my delight the item was described as sold. The package was well sealed and densely packed which protected the glass item. Very pleased with the value of purchase and shipping from Upside Trends.

    The item was shipped promptly and arrived in the described and pictured condition encased in some of the most impenetrable bomb-shelter-like packaging I've seen. The seller even put some packaging material in the hole in the head to keep it from shifting underneath the cocoon of bubble wrap. Great item, outstanding packaging, excellent seller!
